This course provides a summary of the PM² Methodology developed by the European Commission, to enable Project Managers deliver solutions and benefits to their organisations by effectively managing projects.
The aim of the course is to provide learners with an overall understanding of the roles and responsibilities in project management. This e-learning module consists of:
- Content module: Including video animations, action cards and short quizzes.
- Assessment module: Including 20 questions with a pass mark of 60%.
