Webinar Online Synergistic Actions with JA JACARDI – 9 February 2024 (11:00-13:00)

The JA NFP4Health “Webinar Online Synergistic Actions with JA JACARDI” will take place on the 9^th of February 2024 from 11:00 to 13:00 (CET), and it aims at emphasizing the Work Package 5 on the methodological framework within a context analysis with Member States. The webinar has been organised in collaboration with the National Public Health Insitute in Italy, Coordinator of JA JACARDI – Joint Action on Cardiovascular Diseases and Diabetes, 

The meeting has the following objectives:

• Introduce the Joint Action on Cardiovascular Diseases and Diabetes (JACARDI), emphasizing the Work Package 5 on the methodological framework.
  Specifically, highlight task 5.1.1, which involves conducting a context analysis of the Member States.
• Introduce the context analysis, that aims to identify and assess the current status of existing CVD and diabetes prevention and management measures at the country level. This will be achieved through a survey directed towards the National Focal Points of the Member States. The survey will assess governance, financing, and service capacity on specific topics aligned with the technical Work Packages and objectives of JACARDI.
• Explore how to synergize efforts between the Joint Action on National Focal Points and JACARDI, aiming to enhance support for the dissemination and completion of the survey.

This meeting will be a significant opportunity to receive feedback and suggestions, as well as to align on common objectives.
