Health-NCP-Net 3.0 (HNN 3.0) is a European project funded under the European Commission under the Horizon Europe programme that is aimed at aligning and enhancing the services that National Contact Points (NCPs) for Cluster “Health” (CL1) within the pillar “Global Challenges and European Industrial Competitiveness” of Horizon Europe provide to applicants of European funding for Health research across Europe and worldwide.

Health NCPs are individuals nominated by their governments with the mandate to spread awareness, provide specialist advice and on-the-ground guidance on Health research funding opportunities within Horizon Europe and ensure that the programme is readily accessible to all potential applicants. Health NCPs can guide anyone interested in applying for European funding in health research to identify the right call, guide and support you through the different stages of an application.

HNN 3.0 will run for seven years (June 2022 – May 2029). The consortium is built of 16 NCP institutions that are beneficiaries to the European Commission, under the coordination of the Agency for the Promotion of European Research (APRE, Italy).

The HNN3.0 and NFP4Health networks are in regular exchange with one another, their joint activities developing tools such as the Joint Fact Sheet by HNN3.0 and NFP4Health: Health funding in EU4Health and Horizon Europe.
