The final conference of the Joint Action on Increasing Capacity building of National Focal Points took place in Brussels on May 21 2025.
The event was hosted by HaDEA and attended by representatives of DG SANTE and HERA, as well as members of the JA NFP4Health Consortium and of the proposed follow-up action JA NFP4Health2.
The aims of the Final Event were the sharing of the WP and Task results and relevant deliverables in the context of the project objectives; the evaluation of future applications of the WP outputs and lessons learned, in particular with regards to the upcoming JA NFP4Health2; and the establishment of the next steps for the network in the transitory period between JA NFP4Health and NFP4Health2.
The event took place on a single day and was divided into two main sessions: in session one, WP leaders were engaged to present the major results of the specific work packages, alongside lessons learned and the main obstacles encountered; in session two, a guided discussion focused on network sustainability and next steps with regards to follow-up activities within the proposed NFP4Health2.
